About Me

Hi, my name is Teresa.

I am an Independent Celebrant based in Rotorua. I am a fun, friendly and experienced Celebrant who is lucky enough to combine the things I love- people, fun and celebrations.

Being a Celebrant is a true privilege for me and as your Celebrant, I am dedicated to helping you create the perfect ceremony for you, your family and friends to enjoy. It will definitely be something unique and personal.

My Story

I have been in the Rotorua area for over 35 years. I have beautiful Family, including 3 Daughters with a wonderful circle of friends.

Amongst my many interests I absolutely love to travel and experience new cultures. I have been very fortunate to have chosen careers up to this point that have enabled me to work with and for people of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities in many varied roles which have also provided me with a huge amount of public speaking experience.

Recently I have completed my Diploma in Celebrancy with The Celebrant School in Auckland and have been fortunate to have learned so much about ceremonies, procedures and have gained professional understanding of the legal requirements of many ceremonies.

I am also a VCANZ (Validated) member of CANZ (Celebrants Association of New Zealand). It is an invaluable organisation that provides ongoing Professional Development for established and new Celebrants.

I am committed to ensuring your celebration is both relaxed and enjoyable so you can be confident it will run as you hope to the best of all our abilities.
